Similar to a number of other projects we have undertaken a customer was concerned about their supply of controllers and joysticks. They contacted us to see if we could source an alternate supplier for them.
We naturally informed them that we would be happy to help and they were happy with our tried and tested procedure of scoping out the project ensuring that all the technical, safety and commercial requirements would be met.
Once samples were supplied and approved production went ahead.
