On this project we worked with a company that believed there was an opportunity to supply latches & catches into various aftermarket industries.
For this project we were required to develop the necessary tooling required in order to manufacture the goods. Prior the client giving the go ahead we ensured that were presented with a costing budget together with a item cost of each component. This allowed them to make a fully informed decision on going ahead.
As the items come from a number of seperate suppliers we assisted the customer in reducing freight costs by consolidating the goods in Qingdao and shipping as bulk.
